- Sellers must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.

2. Product Listings

- Sellers are responsible for ensuring all product listings are accurate, complete, and free from misleading information.

- Listings must include:

  - Product name

  - Clear and original images

  - Product description

  - Pricing (inclusive of taxes)

  - Stock availability

- Prohibited items, such as counterfeit goods or restricted materials, are strictly forbidden.

3. Pricing and Payments

- Payments for completed orders will be credited to the seller’s account after deducting platform fees (10% per transaction) and applicable taxes. Payments are processed on a bi-weekly basis.

4. Order Fulfillment

- Sellers are responsible for processing and shipping orders within the timelines specified on the product listing.

- A tracking ID must be provided to buyers after dispatch.

- Delayed or unfulfilled orders may lead to penalties or account suspension.

5. No Returns and Refunds Policy

- BBrandShop.com operates with a strict No Return and Refund Policy.

- Sellers must ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and provide enough detail to help buyers make informed decisions.

- Sellers are advised to perform a quality check before shipping products to ensure they meet the buyer's expectations.

6. Seller Conduct

- Sellers must maintain professionalism when interacting with buyers. Harassment, abusive language, or fraudulent practices will result in immediate account suspension.

- Sellers are prohibited from sharing personal contact details with buyers outside the platform.

7. Platform Fees

- A platform fee of 10% is charged on the total order value (excluding shipping).

- Additional charges for promotional tools or premium services are optional and clearly outlined.

8. Prohibited Activities

- Selling counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products.

- Falsifying order details or buyer reviews.

- Manipulating pricing to evade platform fees.

9. Account Suspension
